Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

Metropolitan Real Estate PLC is seeking a senior marketing professional to lead innovative initiatives that drive qualified leads and strengthen the brand across Ethiopia and diaspora markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and a six‑month action plan with clear KPIs and budget.
• Generate qualified leads through integrated campaigns, optimizing channels to meet ambitious sales targets.
• Plan and manage digital marketing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, email marketing and CRM platforms.
• Lead targeted campaigns for Ethiopian diaspora communities in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and South Africa.
• Enhance brand awareness and market positioning for MRE’s luxury residential projects.
• Organise property launches, exhibitions, open‑house events and other promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise return on marketing investment and collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant marketing experience in real estate or a customer‑focused industry such as FMCG, banking, telecom, automotive or hospitality.
• Proven success in digital marketing, lead generation and campaign management.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and communication abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI‑powered marketing tools is desirable.
