Senior Marketing Executive – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

Metropolitan Real Estate PLC is seeking a strategic and creative Senior Marketing Executive to lead innovative marketing initiatives for its luxury residential projects in Ethiopia and diaspora markets worldwide. The role combines brand building, lead generation, and close collaboration with sales to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and a six‑month action plan with clear KPIs and budget.
• Generate qualified leads through integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, email and CRM platforms.
• Lead targeted campaigns for Ethiopian diaspora communities in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and South Africa.
• Strengthen brand awareness, organise property launches, exhibitions and open‑house events.
• Monitor performance, optimise ROMI and work with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant marketing experience in real estate or a customer‑focused industry.
• Proven success in digital marketing, lead generation and campaign management.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and communication abilities.
