About the role

The Senior Marketing Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that promote UNIQUE’s technology and advertising services, including managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for technology and advertising services.
  • Manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer and competitor data.
  • Coordinate social media marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and revenue growth.

Required profile

  • Strong skills in market research and campaign design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies in technology or advertising industries.
  • Demonstrated senior‑level marketing experience with team coordination or project leadership.
