About the role

DAI Brussels SRL is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert in IT Audit to support the European Union’s Technical Facility Unit (TFU) for the EU Support to Public Finance Management Reforms in Ethiopia (EUSPRE). The role will contribute to the oversight and capacity‑building activities of the TFU, helping the Ethiopian Federal Government improve transparency and efficiency in public financial management.

Key responsibilities

Provide expert IT audit guidance to the TFU and its stakeholders.
Support the design, implementation and monitoring of IT audit procedures within the public finance reform programme.
Assist in reporting findings and recommendations to EU and Ethiopian authorities.

Required profile

Minimum 12 years of professional experience in IT audit or related fields.
Demonstrated experience working on public sector finance or EU‑funded projects.
Fluent in English.
