Senior Project Associate – Health (EPHI) – Addis Ababa

About the role

The Senior Project Associate – Health will support the IOM Health and MHPSS team in implementing health‑related projects in Addis Ababa and will also assist the deputy director’s office at the Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI). The role reports to the Programme Officer‑Emergency Health and MHPSS and works closely with EPHI partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing and monitoring health and MHPSS project activities in collaboration with EPHI.
• Compile, summarize and analyse project data, produce reports and ensure timely referrals to tertiary health facilities.

Required profile

• University degree with at least four years of relevant experience (or secondary school diploma with six years).
• Experience working with the Ethiopian Public Health Institute and managing large dynamic teams in a customer‑service, IT or administrative context.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows operating system.
• Strong data‑entry and data‑management skills, including knowledge of web page design and medical terminology.
