About the role
This full-time, on-site position is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As a Senior Sales Consultant you will drive the company’s real-estate sales by building client relationships, managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and foster relationships with potential clients.
- Manage sales pipelines and lead generation.
- Conduct property showings and site visits.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of proven experience in real-estate sales.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of real-estate sales processes, market trends and customer needs.
Required skills
- Ability to generate and manage leads through digital platforms and networking.
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
