Senior Sales Representative – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our real‑estate sales team in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, showcasing residential, commercial and mixed‑use properties, and guiding clients through the negotiation and closing process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and track leads, maintaining accurate records of follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Promote and sell a portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed‑use properties.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings and on‑site visits.
• Negotiate sales terms and support the closure of deals.
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales targets.
• Provide market feedback and assist with promotional activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field; degrees in Sales, Marketing or Business are advantageous.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in real‑estate sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven, confident and customer‑focused attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to conduct field work and property visits.
