We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specialized in backend development to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work remotely while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to build and maintain high‑performance platforms used by millions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications for performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior backend engineer, capable of leading technical initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment and communicate effectively with distributed teams.

Required skills
