Senior Treasury Officer

About the role

The Senior Treasury Officer will manage and oversee all treasury operations, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, timely settlements, and effective investment monitoring within Enat Bank. This role requires strong analytical abilities and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process treasury transaction documents and supporting evidence.
• Execute and monitor RTGS transactions (MT103 and MT202) and ensure timely inter‑bank settlements.
• Process ECX settlement transactions and follow up on outstanding items.
• Monitor cheque clearing activities and perform daily reconciliations of treasury accounts and investments.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of treasury bills, bonds, and other investments.
• Track maturity schedules and prepare renewal or redemption recommendations.
• Analyze pricing trends, interest‑rate developments, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and coordinate with commercial banks, NBE, ESX, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in a treasury officer role.
