Senior Welder

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Welder to join our metal fabrication team at AMG Holdings. The successful candidate will support welding, cutting and assembly of metal components for our diverse industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform welding, cutting and assembling of metal parts and structures according to specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure safety standards are met on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to troubleshoot fabrication issues.

Required profile

• Level IV or higher education in General Metal Fabrication, General Mechanics, Machine Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on welding experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed work instructions.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of welding techniques.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes.
