Service Sales Team Leader

About the role

Infinity Advanced Technology Solutions Plc is looking for a motivated Service Sales Team Leader to drive after‑sales revenue and ensure high customer satisfaction across its medical technology portfolio. The role combines sales strategy, contract management, and team leadership in a fast‑growing Ethiopian market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service Sales and Coordination teams to meet sales targets.
• Design and implement strategies to increase service contract sales, renewals, and after‑sales revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare customers and key decision‑makers.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for contracts, upgrades, accessories, and technical training.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate agreements, and achieve assigned sales goals.
• Monitor performance, forecast opportunities, and keep accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Finance, Logistics, and suppliers for seamless delivery.
• Ensure timely follow‑up and effective issue resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports, sales forecasts, budgets, and performance evaluations.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, technical events, and industry conferences.

Required profile

• M.Sc. or M.A. in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics engineering or related field.
• Professional certifications in equipment installation, maintenance or product knowledge are a plus.
• Strong background in service sales, after‑sales support, or technical service management.
• Proven experience managing service contracts, preventive maintenance programs and customer accounts.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
• Willingness to travel as required.
