Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of social media strategies to promote Signature Property Solutions’ real‑estate marketing and property‑management services. Based in Addis Ababa, this full‑time position works closely with the marketing and consulting teams to boost online visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage content across all major social media platforms.
• Develop and launch targeted social media campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize posting schedules and use hashtags, profiles and other SMO techniques to improve reach.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and adjust strategies to increase engagement and lead generation.
• Conduct market and audience research to inform content calendars.
• Respond to community interactions and ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging social media trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within real‑estate or professional services.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to analyse data, use analytics tools and report on campaign performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Social Media Optimization (SMO) – profile, hashtag and post optimisation.
• Basic SEO awareness.
• Analytics interpretation for campaign performance.
• Understanding of online advertising platforms.
