About the role
We are seeking a motivated, target‑driven Special Sales Consultant to join our growing real‑estate team. The role focuses on generating and converting property sales leads while delivering excellent client service.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and convert property sales leads.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build strong client relationships and manage follow‑ups.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience; real‑estate experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
- Results‑driven, proactive, and customer‑focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
