Supply & Logistics Manager (P-4) – Fixed Term, Addis Ababa

About the role

The Supply & Logistics Manager (P‑4) will lead UNICEF’s contracting and logistics portfolio in Ethiopia, ensuring efficient supply planning, procurement, customs clearance, warehousing and distribution to support programme delivery and emergency response.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the contracting and logistics portfolio, including supply planning, forecasting, procurement, delivery, customs clearance, warehousing, in‑country transport and distribution.
• Ensure timely supply‑chain service delivery and coordinate emergency response logistics.
• Collaborate with programme teams, implementing partners and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical and advisory support to government and national systems.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Supply/Purchasing, International Business Relations, Law, Health Administration, Procurement, Commercial Law, Contract Law, International Development or related fields.
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in supply management, contracting, logistics, procurement or supply‑chain management.
