About the role
Zemen Insurance Share Company (ZISC) is a private insurance firm established by 926 shareholders and registered with the Ministry of Trade and Industry on 24 January 2020. It received its non‑life insurance licence from the National Bank of Ethiopia on 17 January 2020 and began operations on 5 June 2020. The company is expanding its underwriting team and is hiring an Underwriting Officer II for its office in Arba Minch, Ethiopia. This permanent position involves assessing insurance applications, determining appropriate premiums, and supporting the underwriting process under senior supervision. Required profile
- BA/BSC in Management, Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years as Underwriting I.
