Virtual Revenue Closing Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Virtual Revenue Closing Expert to finalize sales for high‑profile e‑commerce clients. Working fully remotely, you will convert abandoned carts and inbound inquiries into completed transactions using digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the close by recovering abandoned carts through personalized SMS, chat, and email sequences.
• Monetize customer communications by providing product recommendations and upselling during digital interactions.
• Deploy targeted outreach that guides buyers toward immediate purchase, directly boosting client revenue.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to share insights and continuously improve global sales conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven remote sales and closing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to persuade and convert leads via digital chat, SMS, or email.
• Familiarity with Shopify, CRM, or similar e‑commerce sales tools.
• Reliable PC/Laptop (i5+ processor) and high‑speed internet connection (25 Mbps or higher).
