Associate Legal Counsel

About the role
The Associate Legal Counsel will join East Africa Bottling Share Company‑Ethiopia to provide professional legal support across the organization. Reporting directly to the Legal Counsel, the role focuses on safeguarding the company’s interests through sound legal advice and risk mitigation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely legal advice to business units on a range of issues.
- Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Support management in identifying and mitigating legal risks.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legal developments affecting the bottling industry.
