Associate – Public Service Delivery Analyst

About the role

Join Delivery Associates as an Associate on the Africa regional team, supporting governments and public sector partners to improve delivery of public services. You will apply data‑driven analysis and facilitation skills to help senior leaders make better decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop delivery plans with clear strategies, targets, and action steps for government agencies.
• Monitor implementation, establish routines and accountability mechanisms.
• Collect and analyze data, create visualizations and storylines to support decision‑making.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders, including frontline providers and end‑users.
• Build delivery capacity of national and sub‑national leaders and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of full‑time experience in government, consulting, public policy or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Business‑level proficiency in English and Amharic.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Ethiopia with right to work.
