About the role

Nib International Bank is seeking a qualified Branch Manager I for its branches under the Dire Dawa District. The bank, established in 1999, provides both domestic and international banking services and has adopted modern technologies such as mobile and internet banking. The role involves overseeing branch operations in line with the bank’s standards and delivering banking services to customers.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

Education: Minimum MA/MBA/MSc/BA/BSc degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics or related fields.
Banking experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of banking work experience.
Relevant experience: At least 2 years in Banking Business Manager III or 3 years in Banking Business Manager II, Branch Internal Control Officer II, Senior Banking Business Officer (Accounts or Cash) II; or 4 years in Banking Business Manager I, Senior Banking Business Officer (Accounts or Cash) I, Branch Internal Control Officer I, or equivalent banking positions.
