Branch Manager – Insurance Operations

About the role

The Branch Manager I will lead the insurance operations at our Debre Markos branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with company standards. This senior position reports to the regional management team and plays a key role in driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch activities, including sales, customer service, and claims processing.
• Manage and develop a team of supervisors and staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with corporate departments on reporting, budgeting, and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in insurance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Experience counted after graduation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office computer applications.
