Branch Manager – Insurance Operations

About the role
Lucy Insurance S.C is seeking a Branch Manager I to lead its insurance operations in Addis Ababa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the branch’s daily activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving business growth. The position is based in Addis Ababa and applicants are required to submit their application within ten working days of the announcement. Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior position. Years of experience are counted after graduation.
- Permanent contract upon successful completion of the probation period.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
