Branch Manager – IV-IFB

About the role

The Branch Manager – IV-IFB will lead the overall banking operations of an assigned branch, ensuring that all activities comply with Wegagen Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and relevant regulations. This position focuses on delivering high‑quality interest‑free banking services while upholding Shari’ah principles.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including transaction processing, customer service, and compliance monitoring.
• Ensure strict adherence to the bank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and Shari’ah law for interest‑free banking.
• Manage and develop branch staff, setting performance targets and conducting regular evaluations.
• Coordinate with corporate functions to implement strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor branch financial performance, prepare reports, and take corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• At least one year of experience in a role equivalent to Business Manager II‑IFB, III‑IFB, or IV‑IFB.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles related to Interest Free Banking operations.
