About the role

Siinqee Bank is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Gambela location. This full‑time, on‑site role is responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering superior customer service, and achieving growth targets in line with the bank’s mission of community empowerment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Design and implement business strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Monitor operational processes, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
• Foster strong customer relationships and address service issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bank branch management or a comparable leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial principles, and industry regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational abilities.
