Brand Concierge – E‑commerce Order Support (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a remote Brand Concierge to guide customers through their purchasing journey, recover missed sales, and deliver a high‑touch, personalized experience. You will work across chat, email, phone and SMS to turn interactions into revenue and long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers via chat, email, phone and SMS to assist with orders, product questions and post‑purchase needs.
• Identify and execute upselling, cross‑selling and product bundling opportunities to increase average order value.
• Support subscription recovery, win‑backs, abandoned‑cart assistance and other sales‑related touchpoints.
• Handle order tracking, returns, exchanges and cancellations, focusing on retaining sales.
• Represent the brand voice and provide a concierge‑level experience on every interaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and share trends to improve sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement feedback and optimise conversion processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven remote sales or customer support experience.
• Prior e‑commerce experience, especially in upselling, cross‑selling, abandoned‑cart recovery or subscription assistance.
• Strong persuasive communication skills and ability to convert leads.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email or chat.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.
