Brand Concierge – E‑commerce Sales & Order Support (Remote)

About the role

Join TalentPop App as a Brand Concierge, providing e‑commerce sales and order support to customers worldwide. You will guide shoppers through their purchasing journey, recover missed sales, and deliver a high‑touch, personalized experience that builds loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS to assist with orders, product inquiries and post‑purchase needs, focusing on conversions.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling and bundling opportunities to raise average order value.
• Support subscription recovery, win‑backs, abandoned‑cart assistance and other sales‑related touchpoints.
• Handle order tracking, returns, exchanges and cancellations while seeking to retain sales.
• Represent the brand voice and deliver a personalized, concierge‑level experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and share insights to improve sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement feedback and optimise processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to persuade and convert leads through strong communication.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable PC (i5 or higher) and stable internet (≥25 Mbps).

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with CRM or customer engagement platforms.
