About the role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Addis Ababa. The role is full‑time and based on‑site, supporting the day‑to‑day financial operations of Kabe Property Management and Investment Consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions and ensure they are recorded accurately.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for internal review.
• Assist the senior accounting staff during internal and external audits.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or holder of a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Amharic is a plus.
