Business Associate – Client Outreach & Advisory

About the role

Inkomoko is seeking a Business Associate to support entrepreneurs in Jigjiga, Ethiopia. You will be the main link between the organization and client entrepreneurs, driving outreach, training, and advisory services to help them grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client sourcing activities, including outreach, mobilization, and recruitment of eligible entrepreneurs.
• Lead the enrolment process, onboarding new clients and serving as their primary point of contact.
• Facilitate business training sessions, ensure high attendance, and coordinate logistics with the training team.
• Update training reports and participate in capacity‑building workshops.
• Provide business advisory services, manage entrepreneur relationships, and track progress throughout engagements.

Required profile

• Experience in client outreach, training facilitation, or business advisory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both refugee and host entrepreneurs.
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations and meet client recruitment targets.
