Business Development Representative – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. You will focus on outbound sales, generating qualified leads and setting up discovery calls for the Account Executives. The role is remote and operates on an independent‑contractor basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Identify and research target companies within key industries.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs such as meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline generated.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• Background selling digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media, or content marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
