About the role

As a Sales Growth Business Partner you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to companies in your network, helping them modernise hiring and reduce screening time. The role is fully remote, commission‑only and offers flexible hours for professionals with strong connections in the recruitment space.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach forward‑thinking organisations that could benefit from Flowmingo’s platform.
• Present the value proposition, demonstrate how AI‑assisted interviews save time and improve candidate quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospects, answering questions and guiding them through adoption.
• Gather market feedback and relay insights to the product team.
• Manage your own pipeline and track results independently.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales or talent‑acquisition consulting.
• Proven ability to build trust with senior decision‑makers.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven approach.
