About the role

Flowmingo is looking for independent sales partners to promote its AI‑powered interview platform. As a Sales Growth Business Partner you will leverage your professional network to introduce forward‑thinking companies to a solution that dramatically reduces screening time and improves hiring quality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in your network and community.
• Explain how Flowmingo’s platform modernises hiring, saves time and enhances candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted point of contact and thought partner for prospects exploring the product.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to help refine the platform and partner program.
• Operate independently and earn commissions based on the revenue generated by the companies you bring in.

Required profile

• Business development or sales professionals with a track record of building relationships with decision‑makers.
• Consultants, agency recruiters or talent‑acquisition experts who have strong ties in the hiring space.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven work style.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
