About the role

We are looking for a Sales Growth Business Partner to introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies. This is a flexible, referral‑based position with no fixed hours, allowing you to work remotely and earn commissions based on the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to your professional network and community.
• Demonstrate how the AI interview platform streamlines hiring and saves time.
• Act as a trusted point of contact and thought partner for prospective users.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to improve the product and partner programs.
• Operate independently and earn commissions based on the premium revenue of acquired customers.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably in HR or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results‑driven work style.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own pipeline.
