About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Sales Growth Business Partner to promote Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies. This is a flexible, commission‑only position that can be performed entirely remotely and allows you to work on your own schedule while earning a share of the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to your professional network and demonstrate how the platform modernises hiring.
• Act as a trusted advisor for prospects, answering questions and guiding them through the adoption process.
• Collect and relay market feedback to help improve the product and partner programme.
• Manage your own pipeline and track results independently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or HR consulting.
• Strong relationships with decision‑makers in hiring or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven work style.
