Content Marketing & On-Camera Creator Intern

About the role

Iradaa Creative is looking for a creative, confident and motivated Content Marketing Intern to support its social media, branding and digital marketing activities. The role suits someone who enjoys making videos, is comfortable on camera, has excellent communication skills and is passionate about social media content, reels, storytelling and digital marketing. It is fully remote, up to 20 hours per month, paid at $9 USD per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Record engaging reels, short-form videos and promotional content for social media platforms.
• Present ideas, products and brand messages confidently on camera.
• Create video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Develop creative content ideas, video hooks, scripts and storytelling concepts.
• Research social media trends, viral content formats and competitor strategies.
• Assist with content planning, marketing campaigns and brand promotion.
• Record educational, promotional and engaging videos independently.
• Collaborate with the creative team to improve content quality and audience engagement.

Required profile

• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Creative personality with strong storytelling abilities.
• Interest in social media marketing, video creation and branding.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines; willingness to learn and follow brand guidelines.
• Previous experience in content creation, video marketing, presenting or social media is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to record clear, high-quality videos with a smartphone or camera.
• Good communication, creativity and organizational skills.
