Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a remote Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist to deliver concierge‑level support, drive upselling opportunities, and recover lost revenue. You will interact with shoppers across multiple channels, turning everyday conversations into sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers via phone, email, live chat and SMS to answer inquiries, process orders and recommend products.
• Identify and execute upselling, cross‑selling and bundling opportunities to increase average order value.
• Handle subscription recovery, win‑backs and abandoned‑cart assistance to boost retention.
• Manage order‑related issues such as tracking, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain brand voice and service standards in every interaction.
• Record accurate customer data, monitor feedback trends and collaborate with internal teams to improve the sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong persuasive communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable PC (i5 or higher) and stable internet connection (≥25 Mbps).
