Customer Service Manager – Africa

About the role

As the Customer Service Manager for TLD Africa, you will lead the development of our after‑sales service organization while remaining hands‑on in field activities such as commissioning, troubleshooting and complex technical interventions across the continent.

Key responsibilities

• Support the growth of the new TLD Africa Sales & Service Organization from a customer service and technical perspective.
• Manage and support after‑sales and technical activities across multiple African countries, including warranty cases and service bulletins.
• Remain actively involved in field work, troubleshooting, commissioning and complex technical interventions.
• Train, coach and develop new technical staff and third‑party service partners.
• Coordinate service activities with customers, factories, spare‑parts, sales and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience in technical service, maintenance or customer support, preferably in GSE or aviation.
• Proven ability to train, mentor and develop technicians.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Africa.
