About the role

The Customer Service Officer III will join Goh Betoch Bank’s Human Capital and Supply Chain Management Department, providing frontline support to customers across several branch locations in Ethiopia, including Addis Ababa, Bishoftu, Mizan Tepi, Mizan Teferi, Modjo, Arba Minch and Wolaita Sodo. The role is open until 18 July 2026 and offers a salary aligned with the bank’s attractive scale.

Key responsibilities

Perform banking operations as required.
Deliver high‑quality customer service in multiple branch settings.

Required profile

BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or a related business field.
Minimum three years of experience in banking operations.
