Customer Service Representative – Shopify & Gorgias (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is expanding its remote support team and seeks a Customer Service Representative focused on Shopify and Gorgias. You will deliver friendly, professional assistance to customers via chat, email, and phone, helping them with product questions, order issues, and account concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support through chat, email, and phone channels.
• Handle product inquiries, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account‑related questions.
• Use Shopify and Gorgias to manage tickets and maintain accurate customer records.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product updates, workflows, and support processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and support workflows.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Empathetic, patient, reliable, and solutions‑oriented when handling customer concerns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience with Gorgias.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support tools (advantage).
