Customer Support and Sales Specialist

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a remote Customer Support and Sales Specialist to own the end‑to‑end customer experience for high‑growth e‑commerce brands. You will combine problem‑solving support with proactive revenue generation, ensuring customers are satisfied while identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Maintain high CSAT scores by troubleshooting product issues and guiding users through features.
• Identify churn risks and implement proactive retention strategies.
• Listen to customer needs to uncover upsell or cross‑sell opportunities for premium features and expanded contracts.
• Lead product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close expansion deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Become a product expert and clearly articulate ROI and value propositions to customers.

Required profile

• 1+ years of hands‑on experience in a combined Customer Support, Customer Success, or Inside Sales role, preferably in a SaaS or e‑commerce environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a commercial mindset.
