Digital Designer (UI/UX & Graphic Design)

About the role

Eromo Ventures is seeking a Digital Designer to create visually compelling and user‑centered digital experiences across web, mobile, and digital media. This full‑time, remote position supports our real‑estate, technology, entertainment, and healthcare initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design interfaces, layouts, and graphics for websites, platforms, and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Prepare design files for development hand‑off and production.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, performance data, and testing.
• Create marketing materials, pitch decks, and visual assets that communicate the company’s mission and portfolio projects.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered UI/UX for responsive websites and digital products.
• Proficiency in graphic design, layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling for digital and social media.
• Experience developing and applying visual identity systems and brand guidelines.
• Advanced ability with industry‑standard design tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for developers.
• Excellent visual judgment, attention to detail, and ability to iterate quickly.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in remote, cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related fields.
