Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

HibLink Tech is looking for a data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Addis Ababa office. You will design, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across social, web, and paid media, turning performance insights into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch digital campaigns on social platforms, search engines, and display networks.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics using web analytics tools.
• Adjust targeting, budgeting, and creative assets to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and scale reach.
• Produce regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital, online, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday within the specified shift (3:30 – 2:00 LT).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
