Digital Sales & Support Representative

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a motivated Digital Sales & Support Representative to join its fully remote team. You will help e‑commerce brands deliver exceptional customer experiences while contributing to sales and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, email, and SMS with professionalism and warmth.
• Recommend products, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and guide purchase decisions.
• Manage order‑related questions, including shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds.
• Represent each brand’s voice and values in every interaction.
• Capture customer feedback and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on trends and enhance the customer journey.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote experience in e‑commerce, customer service, or sales support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and solution‑focused.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using Zendesk or Gorgias (or similar CRM platforms).
