Digital Sales & Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Sales & Support Representative to join our fully remote team at TalentPop. You will assist e‑commerce customers throughout their shopping journey, turning inquiries into sales and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, email and SMS with professionalism.
• Recommend products, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and guide purchase decisions.
• Handle order‑related questions, including shipping, tracking, returns and refunds.
• Represent each brand’s voice and values in all communications.
• Capture customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate with teammates to monitor trends and improve the customer journey.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote experience in e‑commerce, customer service or sales support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and solution‑focused.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Gorgias or similar CRM platforms.
