Digital Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a results‑driven Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to join its fully remote team. In this performance‑based position you will turn online interactions into sales, focusing on abandoned‑cart recovery and personalized outreach for partner brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact shoppers who have abandoned carts via email, SMS, and live chat.
• Provide tailored product recommendations to increase average order value.
• Deliver seamless customer service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure friction‑free transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach campaigns and drive continuous revenue growth.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a proven ability to work independently.
• At least 1 year of remote/online sales experience.
• At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong conversion mindset and persuasive communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital sales tools.
