Digital Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a results‑driven Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to join its fully remote team. In this position you will act as the revenue engine, turning abandoned‑cart prospects into confirmed sales through personalized outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct abandoned‑cart recovery via email, SMS and live‑chat to close sales at critical moments.
• Provide tailored product recommendations that increase average order value.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues and ensure a friction‑free checkout experience.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team to optimise outreach campaigns and drive continuous growth.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a proven ability to work independently.
• Minimum 1 year of remote/online sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong conversion mindset and elite communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital sales tools.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
