Digital Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a results‑driven Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to join its fully remote team. In this role you will act as the revenue catalyst, turning abandoned carts and hesitant shoppers into satisfied buyers through personalized outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact customers with abandoned carts via email, SMS, and live chat.
• Provide tailored product recommendations to increase average order value.
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly to ensure a friction‑free purchase experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach campaigns and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven remote sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong persuasive communication skills and a conversion‑focused mindset.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and meet performance targets.
