Digital Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to join its fully remote team. In this performance‑driven position you will turn online conversations into sales, focusing on abandoned‑cart recovery and upselling for partner brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential buyers who have abandoned carts via email, SMS, and live chat.
• Provide personalized product recommendations to increase average order value.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach campaigns and maximize revenue.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a proven ability to work independently.
• At least 1 year of remote/online sales experience.
• At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong conversion mindset and persuasive communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital sales tools.
