About the role

TalentPop is seeking a results‑driven Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to join its fully remote team. In this position you will act as the revenue catalyst, turning abandoned carts and hesitant shoppers into confirmed buyers through personalized outreach.

Key responsibilities

Conduct abandoned‑cart recovery outreach via email, SMS, and live chat.
Provide tailored product recommendations to increase average order value.
Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot purchase‑related issues.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimise outreach campaigns.

Required profile

Self‑starter with a proven ability to work independently.
Minimum 1 year of remote/online sales experience.
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
Strong conversion mindset and elite communication skills.

Required skills

Familiarity with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
