Digital Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a motivated Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to join its fully remote team. You will act as the revenue driver for partner brands by turning abandoned carts and hesitant shoppers into confirmed sales through personalized outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact customers with abandoned carts via email, SMS, and live chat.
• Provide tailored product recommendations to increase average order value.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve purchase‑related issues quickly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach campaigns and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven remote sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong persuasive communication skills and a conversion‑focused mindset.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and meet performance targets.

Required skills

• Shopify (experience with e‑commerce platforms)
