About the role

As a Dispatcher at Carolina Logistecs you will coordinate the movement of goods and resources, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑level customer service. The role requires strong organisational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Maintain positive business relationships with clients and partners.
Prioritise and organise inbound calls based on urgency.
Respond to product and delivery queries from customers.
Supervise field unit routes and status to optimise daily schedules.
Manage the dispatch database while handling phone calls and email correspondence.

Required profile

Well‑organized and able to multitask efficiently.
Stress‑resistant and attentive to detail.
Analytical mindset with strong relationship‑management skills.
Open to feedback and highly motivated.
Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Required skills

Proficient use of MS Office.
Advanced Excel skills.
Effective internet navigation.
