E-commerce Sales Associate

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a results‑driven E‑commerce Sales Associate to work remotely. You will act as a strategic consultant, generating new business and guiding e‑commerce clients toward our high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation and contract closure.
• Consult clients on e‑commerce challenges such as cart abandonment and low conversion rates.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Deliver tailored virtual presentations and product demos to senior decision‑makers.
• Handle objections by articulating clear value propositions and differentiating TalentPop App.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline stages in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a proven track record in sales, business development or high‑pressure customer service.
• Minimum 1 year of direct sales or business development experience.
• Strong familiarity with the e‑commerce ecosystem and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client video calls and outreach.
• Highly motivated and goal‑oriented.

Required skills

• HubSpot or Salesforce CRM proficiency.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Comfortable using video‑conferencing tools for virtual presentations.
